When you confront problem surfaces, reach for Peel Stop . It is a clear interior/exterior binding primer that penetrates chalky residues and fills the tiny cracks and gaps under the edges of old paint, literally gluing them down to the surface. Peel Stop prevents further peeling and extends the life of the paint job. Remains flexible and breathable. Dries fast and can be recoated in 2 hours. Use under latex and alkyd primers and paint. Apply with airless spray, brush, or roller. Apply in temperature range of 50 deg. to 90 deg. and humidity below 80%. Coverage is approximately 300 to 400 Sq. Ft. per gallon. Do not use Peel Stop in conjunction with linseed oil based products. If stains are present, apply a stain blocking primer after the surface has been prepared with Peel Stop . If mildew is present, use Jomax or other mildew cleaning compound before applying Peel Stop. Easy soap and water clean up.
