Stops water under pressure up to 10 P.S.I. per sq. in. That's greater than a column of water 22' high. Chalky (efflorescence) deposits must be removed by etching the surface. Alkali-resistant and may be applied on slightly damp surfaces below ground, but best results are obtained on dry surfaces. Low odor formulation is VOC/VOS compliant and cleans up with soap and water. Applies easily with brush or roller. Covers approximately 75 to 125 sq. ft. per gallon. Latex based Drylok is backed by a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
